Akai seems to be on the roll lately. Akai announced the RPM 500 & RPM 800 the same day they announced the MPC Element. I guess if you’re in the market for new monitors then give these a look. After reading the specs it looks like these monitors can play back lower frequencies down to 40hz. Akai seems to be throwing stuff against the wall to see what sticks. Monitors are important and hopefully Akai made sure these monitors will do the job. Just in case my readers didn’t get the word, here it is. Read more below.

I have not. I’m surprised there are no reviews on it. I’ve looked around and you’re right, there is nothing out there. I’m curious myself.
